Just tried this place for the first time - I was blown away! I had no idea what kind of food was served here, but apparently it’s a fusion of Buffalo NY and New Mexico. I had an incredible bleu cheese queso and chips, an excellent burrito, and my wife let me try her tacos. The meats in the tacos and burrito were cooked and seasoned perfectly and they were paired with coleslaw and veggies that enhanced both the flavor and texture of the meat. Cocktails at the bar were delicious and had a huge variety. I want to try the rest of their menu, and Sunday brunch sounds amazing. This is an instant favorite!
